La antigüedad de mi hierro es de noviembre de 1990.

En ese año comienzo como ganadero de caballos de Pura Raza Española, en mi finca del Molino de Ampuero, en la vega quebrada de Gójar, en las estribaciones de Sierra Nevada.

The age of my iron is November 1990.
In that year, beginning as  Purebred Spanish horses  breeder on my farm of Molino de Ampuero, in the plain Gójar ravine in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.

The early origins are Carthusian stallions, Dehesado,  Americano y Cernícalo, and later applied to the mares, the stallion  Jaquetón with Paco Lazo iron, which is currently a mare in the herd.

The stallion, calificado in Ecija in 2004, founder, has been, Notario XII closed Military Stud horse, brown with raised, bone and movement, good "raceador " that is making the race we want to go.

In spring 2003, there was a qualitative change in location, to bring livestock to the pastures of the Dehesa de Las Zanjas, in  the municipality of Algarinejo, in the western mountains  of Granada. Is this a mountain meadow, where, by extension, 500 hectáreas, topography and vegetation, we will lead based on the idea back to the rustic and ancient instincts, with minimal human intervention exclusively supply of mineral salts, vitamins, deworming and vaccinations required by the health program. 

La yeguada vive todo el año en la dehesa, a campo abierto, su refugio son las carcavas y las encinas. Comen del suelo lo que va proveyendo el tiempo y las estaciones en la finca, hierba verde, hierba seca, brotes tiernos de los chaparros, bellota, alimentación toda ella totalmente natural y ecológica.

The stud lives all year in the pasture, open fields, its alleyways and shelter are the oaks.They eat the soil that is providing the time and seasons on the farm, grass, dry grass, tender shoots of the chaparral, acorn, eating all of it totally natural and organic. 

The stallion covers them at liberty, when the mares come into heat and the foals are born in the open field, following their mothers for a rough terrain, that hardens their tendons and  makes them move to keep up, is why we can presume of movements, winners in the competitions to which we turn. This management is doing that every year, litters will overcome and be more noble, strong and healthy. 

En 2009, y dado que ya en la yeguada hay 24 hijas de Notario XII, tenemos que refrescar sangre y soltamos un nuevo semental, Ernesto, caballo que tiene en su genealogía a, por parte de padre, Manijero IV, a Felón y a Jensón de Yeguada Militar, y por parte de madre, Espartera XIV, a Esencial de Yeguada Militar y al gran Albero II, de Paco Lazo.

En 2011, para volver a renovar sangre, echamos a las yeguas a Valen Alborán, potro que compré a Gonzalo Valenzuela, cuando apenas tenía 6 meses de vida, eligiéndolo en la camada de ese año. Nacido en la serranía de Cabra, va a redundar en la rusticidad, fortaleza y hueso, que ya tenemos sembrada, con Notario en sus hijas. Es un caballo grande, con hueso y mucha clase, demostrada en sus múltiples títulos de Campeón Joven de la Raza.

El 25 de junio de 2018 volvemos a cambiar de semental liberando en la dehesa a AIROSO DCR, hijo de VALEN ALBORÁN y nieto materno de NOTARIO XII, un potro con hueso, nacido en Las Zanjas, para cerrar nuestra estirpe.

El 29 de abril de 2022, despues de 19 años en la Dehesa de las Zanjas, trasladamos la yeguada a la DEHESA de FUENTE del CAMPO, en el término municipal de VILLARRODRIGO, en la provincia de JAÉN. Es esta una finca de 600 hectáreas, entre siembras, olivares ecológicos y monte donde nuestros ejemplares ganan en más abundancia de pastos y rastrojos.

Al día siguiente soltamos con las yeguas un nuevo semental, TONELERO DCR, hijo de NOTARIO XII, para seguir cerrando nuestra estirpe, nacido en 2008, campeón, en caballos jóvenes, de la Liga Granadina de Doma Clásica, 5 veces campeón y 3 subcampeón en concursos de doma territoriales, finalista del Campeonato de España, SICAB, una medalla de oro, una de plata y 4 mejores movimientos.

In 2009, and since the stud already has 24 daughters of Notary XII, we have to cool blood and release a new stallion, Ernesto,  he has in his genealogy,  by his father's side, Manijero IV,  Jenson and Felon of  Yeguada Militar and  by his mother's side, Espartera XIV, Esencial of Yeguada Militar  and the big Albero II of Paco Lazo.

In 2011, to return to renew blood, threw the Valen Alboran to mares, foal bought GonzaloValenzuela, when he was 6 months old, by choosing it from the colts of the year. Born inthe mountains of Cabra, will result in the toughness, strength and bone, that we havesown, with Notario in their daughters. It's a big horse with bone and a lot of class, shownin his various titles of Junior Champion of Breed.

On June 25, 2018, we changed our stallion again, releasing AIROSO DCR, son of VALEN ALBORAN and maternal grandson of NOTARIO XII, a bone-in foal, born in Las Zanjas, to close our breed.

On April 29, 2022, after 19 years in the Dehesa de las Zanjas, we moved the stud farm to the DEHESA de FUENTE del CAMPO, in the municipality of VILLARRODRIGO, in the province of JAÉN. This is a 600-hectare farm, between crops, ecological olive groves and mountains where our specimens gain more abundance of pastures and stubble.

The next day we released a new stallion with the mares, TONELERO DCR, son of NOTARIO XII, to continue closing our lineage, born in 2008, champion, in young horses, of the Granada Dressage League, 5 times champion and 3 runner-up in territorial dressage competitions, finalist in the Spanish Championship, SICAB, a gold medal, a silver medal and 4 best movements.
